1. Regular cleaning:
Regularly clean the welding slag, dust and other impurities on the surface and inside of the equipment to prevent them from damaging or clogging the equipment.
When cleaning the equipment, use a soft brush and detergent, and avoid using corrosive detergents.
2. Lubrication and inspection:
Regularly lubricate the moving parts of the equipment to reduce wear and friction.
Check the electrical circuits and mechanical parts of the equipment to ensure that they are in good condition.
3. Regular inspection:
Check the oil level of the reducer box every month, add oil in time when the oil level is lower than the indicator line, and replace the oil of all reducers once a year.
Add grease to the slewing bearing once every six months.
4. Accessory replacement:
Regularly check the wear of key moving parts such as the lead screw and rack, and replace them in time if problems are found.
5. Preparation before work:
Before use, check whether the power cord of the equipment is well grounded and ensure that the grounding wire is not damaged.
Check whether there are other objects within the rotation range of the workpiece to avoid collision.
