What are the classifications of roller racks?

The self-adjusting roller rack consists of two sets of main and auxiliary machines, namely the active roller rack and the passive roller rack. Each set of the self-adjusting series of active and passive racks consists of four rollers, and the rollers are made of an inner iron core and an outer rubber structure. It is durable and vibration-free when used. The operation of the active roller rack is synchronously driven by a speed regulating motor through two worm gear reducers, and a speed regulating controller is used to achieve stepless speed change. The mechanical transmission noise is low, the workpiece rotates stably, and the workpiece rotation linear speed is 5-70m/h (for stepless speed change). Each set of clamp racks automatically adjusts within a certain range of workpiece diameter. At the minimum diameter, the lower wheels of each set of clamp racks are on the same horizontal line (roller racks of different tonnages have different working ranges). The working range of roller racks of each tonnage shall not exceed the maximum diameter size.
