Customer Challenges
The customer's original fixed welding workbenches brought multiple obstacles to daily production:
Large and heavy workpieces frequently needed position adjustment across the workshop. Fixed‑type tables required crane handling, wasting plenty of working time.
Poor flatness of old benches created dimensional deviation during welding and assembly, resulting in high rework rate.
Without universal hole positioning system, operators had to build dedicated jigs for different products, which increased production cost and prolonged part change‑over time.
Insufficient structural rigidity would cause slight deformation under long‑term heavy‑load conditions.
Our Solution
Combined with the customer's actual workshop layout and practical production demands, we completed this custom mobile 3D welding table solution.
Heavy‑duty box‑type table body made of Q355 high‑strength steel, excellent rigidity to resist deformation under heavy workpieces.
Standard D28 hole grid supports flexible fixture combination, reducing the need for large quantities of one‑off custom jigs.
Strict flatness tolerance controlled within ≤0.1 mm/1000 mm to guarantee welding and assembly precision.
Support legs equipped with lockable casters. The whole table can be freely moved to different working zones; casters can be locked firmly during welding operation to keep stable.
Complete matching accessories delivered together, ready for use after on‑site installation.
