In the large amount of data exchange of the automatic control system, the disk that runs at a high speed for a long time is easily affected by the vibration transmitted to the disk, which causes the disk read and write ability to decline, the head positioning is slow, and the disk is even damaged. Therefore, the environmental vibration of the gantry cutting machine is reduced, which is beneficial to protect the disk. In the engineering design, we can keep the gantry cutting machine as far away as possible from the work site with large earthquake sources; if the work location cannot be changed, we can also place sponges and buffers under the industrial control cabinets and boxes to reduce the damage caused by vibration .
2. There are many inhalable particles in the air
Most of the raw materials in many factories need powder to process. In addition, due to the large external air flow and dust, it is easy to collect a large amount of viscous dust in the gantry cutting machine, which causes the local temperature in the gantry CNC cutting machine to be too high, causing hardware damage. This situation usually occurs around cooling fans, such as processors, power supplies, hard drives, and graphics cards. Where dust accumulates lightly, regular soot blowing can be used if normal production permits. For places with serious dust accumulation, the dust filter can be placed in the ventilation place of the gantry cutting machine and cleaned regularly.
3. The power supply voltage fluctuates greatly, and it is prone to power failure.
