5. When the large frame is hoisted by lifting tools, it is necessary to scrub the surface of the rollers with cleaning agent. After scrubbing, slowly lower it and place it on the longitudinal guide rail. When doing this process, the four corners of the large frame should be observed by special personnel, and It should be commanded by a special person in the middle, and should be slightly moved when approaching the guide rail, and the side with the side guide roller should be dropped first. Do not scratch the rail surface.
6. After the large frame is installed, check the contact between the front and rear guide wheels of the main end beam and the guide rail, and press the disc spring so that the side guide wheels of the main end beam have good contact with the guide rail to ensure that the frame has good guide.
