1. Check and remove obstacles on the machine before welding, and special personnel are required to use and store it. Do not touch the oil and fire when the roller frame is connected, and fill the oil holes frequently.
2. Rolling bearings: Lubricate through the oil cup on the bearing cover, and it is recommended to use sodium-based grease.
3. Transmission gear: It is necessary to remove the automatic gear protective cover for use, and apply an appropriate amount of lubricating grease on the gear. It is recommended to use sodium-based grease. During use, lubricating grease can be filled through the oil filling hole on the gear cover, and foreign matter is prevented from falling into the gear.
4. Cycloidal pinwheel reducer: Please add lubricating grease as required before use. It is recommended to use lubricating grease-2#, molybdenum disulfide-2# or 2L-23 lithium-based lubricating grease at room temperature. The amount of lubricating grease is 1/2-1/3 of the volume of the reducer, and the amount of grease should not be added too much, otherwise stirring heat will occur. The reducer should be replaced after 300 hours of initial operation, and the remaining dirty oil should be removed when replacing. Replace every 6 months thereafter.
5. For the performance of the equipment, please check the lubrication of all transmission parts regularly or irregularly, and the cycloid reducer must be checked every month to make up the lubricating oil.
6. It is forbidden to use all transmission parts without lubrication.
7. The smooth grease must be replaced before the equipment that has been stored for a long time is restarted.
8. During use, the roller should fully touch the workpiece. Do not touch the rollers with welding seams or sharp parts to avoid damage to the rollers.
9. When hoisting and placing workpieces, it is forbidden to hit the rollers vigorously to prevent damage to the rollers or other components. When the device is not secured, a strong impact may cause the device to overturn.
10. When the roller frame is used for a small-diameter cylinder, if the cylinder moves axially, adjust the adjustment bolts under the arc plate, and then adjust the lifting position of the roller (within a certain range) to ensure that the cylinder Job Orientation is in state.
