① All parts must be kept clean. Once the touch pad is found to be worn, it should be replaced immediately, and the touch device cannot be lubricated.
② After using the equipment, clean up the debris.
③ The welding equipment roller frame prevents the disassembly or inspection of the equipment during operation, and removes welding impurities.
④Before operation, check whether the parts are in good condition, and then start the machine after confirming that they are correct.
⑤If the equipment is found to be defective during operation, it shall be protected, repaired and maintained immediately.
⑥ Check the connection of the motor wires every ten days. The touch pad must be tight to prevent overheating or oxidation.
