In addition, when the CNC plasma cutting machine is working, if the working air pressure is far lower than the air pressure required in the manual, it means that the injection speed of the plasma arc is weakened. Reasons for insufficient air pressure include: insufficient air input from the air compressor, too low pressure adjustment of the air conditioning valve switch, oily solenoid valve, and blocked air path. The solution is to investigate the output pressure of the air compressor before use, and adjust it if it does not meet the requirements.
