1. The display is normal after power-on, but the roller frame does not move during operation. The simple way to judge the fault is to press a button of the roller frame. There may be a problem with the drive motor. Check whether the motor is jammed. Whether the cable is disconnected; if it is an electrical problem, repair or replace the cable, if it is not a cable problem; it may be that the control circuit board is faulty; replace the circuit board.
2. There is no display after booting. First check whether the output of the transformer is correct. If it is not correct, the transformer has a problem, replace the transformer. If the output of the transformer is correct, check whether the communication cable between the control cabinet and the handheld terminal is well connected. Whether there is a disconnection phenomenon; if it is a cable problem, repair or replace the cable, if it is not a cable problem; it may be that the control circuit board is faulty; replace the circuit board.
