1. Installation site
The self-adjusting roller frame should be installed in a place far away from severe vibration and fluctuation, which is firm, ventilated, rain-proof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and corrosive liquids are strictly prohibited from being sprayed on the equipment.
2. Placing workpiece requirements
The diameter and weight of the workpiece should be implemented in strict accordance with the design rules, otherwise safety accidents will easily occur. According to the length of the equipment, the distance between the main and auxiliary wheels should be adjusted appropriately.
3. Equipment during installation
Fix the equipment according to the installation requirements of general equipment. You can choose to fix it with expansion bolts (or use a pressure plate to fix it). When installing, the two sets of rollers must be placed in parallel, and their centers should be common to ensure the integrity of each part of the equipment.
4. Job status
The rubber wheel is only suitable for working at normal temperature. In particular, the contact temperature between the workpiece and the rubber wheel is not allowed to be higher than 75 degrees, otherwise the rubber wheel may be damaged.
5. Equipment after installation
Check whether each part of the equipment meets the installation requirements, and ensure the normality of the electrical wiring of each part, check and clean the equipment, and ensure that there are no obstacles that affect the normal operation of the equipment. The device should only be powered on for operation after several jobs have been successfully completed.
