1. Before cutting objects, wear them (gloves, masks, glasses) to avoid injury from splashes.
2. It must be checked whether it can be used normally before use.
3. It must be used in the room designated by the workshop, and it must not be directly cut to flammable materials and people.
4. When starting, check whether the cutting machine is running in the correct direction.
5. When cutting the object, the force must be stable and the cutting object must be clamped. During operation, if the cutting disc is damaged, stop using it immediately and replace the intact cutting disc before running.
6. When replacing the cutting blades, first turn off the power and hang a warning sign. The cutting blades must be concentric and fastened to avoid falling off and hurting people.
7. It is strictly forbidden to sand objects on the cutting disc.
8. After the cutting is completed, turn off the power first, and when the grinding wheel stops rotating, take the object again, so as to avoid the flying cutting piece from hurting people.
9. After the cutting is completed, the gantry-type CNC cutting machine must be organized and the cutting place must be cleaned.
