1. There should be no flammable or explosive items on the equipment site. High temperatures in summer can affect equipment;
2. Be careful not to overload when using the roller stand. The higher the maximum load capacity the better, it can cause serious damage;
3. There should be no debris on the welding roller frame to prevent the motor from burning when it is running;
4. Regularly check and maintain the welded roller frame to see if the lubricating part is sufficient to prevent friction and other conditions;
5. As the temperature rises in summer, the main component of the welded roller frame roller is polyurethane roller frame encapsulation, which is compressed under great pressure. Because it is an elastic material, it will undergo unstable deformation after molding and must be stabilized before it can remain stable. Therefore, when designing the rollers of the roller frame, it is necessary to make accurate calculations and consider comprehensive factors, otherwise the casters will be of different sizes, which will lead to an increase in the defective rate.
6. Check the circuit problems at least once a week to prevent excessive temperature or short circuit caused by direct contact between the circuit and the motor.
