Q: Will a 1200×2400mm workbench deform?
A: It is made of Q355B high-strength steel, with plate thickness designed through calculation, so it will not deform under normal use. We provide a factory flatness inspection report.
Q: Compared with cast iron platforms, is the precision of steel ones sufficient?
A: The precision of ±0.1mm is fully adequate for welding applications. If your workpiece requires higher precision (such as mold welding), we also offer cast iron versions as an option.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity? How much is the shipping cost?
A: The minimum order quantity is 1 unit. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination; please contact us directly for a quotation.
Q: Can the hole diameter or hole spacing be customized?
A: Yes. 28mm/100mm is the most common specification, and customization according to drawings is also available, with a minimum order quantity of 2 units.
