Lemar 1200*2400mm cast iron welding fixture platform is integrally cast from high-strength gray cast iron (HT300) and undergoes dual treatments of natural aging and vibration aging, featuring a stable structure and excellent deformation resistance. It achieves a flatness of 0.1mm per square meter, enabling every workpiece to be processed on a true flat surface starting from the first weld seam.

Q1. What is the flatness of this platform?
A:≤0.1mm/㎡. Each platform is precisely scraped or surface ground before delivery, with an inspection report attached.
Q2. What are the hole diameter and hole spacing? Are they universal?
A:• Hole Diameter: φ28mm (mainstream) or φ16mm (optional)
• Hole Spacing: 100×100mm grid
• Compatible with most standard welding fixtures, quick lock pins and U-shaped pressure plates on the market.
Q3. What is the load-bearing capacity? Will it deform when welding heavy workpieces?
A:Static load ≥3000kg. Made of HT300 cast iron with a 25mm thick working surface, it features high rigidity and excellent shock absorption, and will not deform significantly under normal welding heat influence.
Q4. Is anti-rust treatment required for the surface? Is oil applied before shipment?
A:Anti-rust oil is coated on the platform surface before delivery. It can be used directly upon receipt; regular oiling is recommended if not in long-term use.
Q5. Are support legs or casters included?
A:Support legs are not included with the platform body, but optional accessories are available:

Q6. Can non-standard sizes be customized?
A:Yes. Common customized sizes include:
