Our 1000×2000mm Welding Fixture Table is a high-precision, heavy-duty workbench designed for professional welders and fabricators. Manufactured from Grade Q355 high-strength structural steel and finished with a nitrided surface treatment, this table is engineered to resist weld spatter, corrosion, and mechanical wear.
The complete set includes a full suite of welding fixture tools (clamps, stops, adapters, and positioning squares), enabling you to secure, align, and weld complex assemblies with 0.1mm repeatable accuracy. It is the backbone of any lean manufacturing or custom fabrication shop.

Q1: What is the hole size and grid pattern?

A:Standard hole diameter is 16mm or 28mm on a 100×100mm grid. Please specify your preference at ordering. Clamps and tooling match the hole size.
Q2: Is the nitrided surface different from just painting or oiling?

A: Yes. Nitriding is a heat-treatment case-hardening process. It becomes part of the steel, not a coating. It resists spatter adhesion, scratching, and rust far better than paint or oiled steel.
Q3: Does the table come with legs and wheels?

A: Yes. The complete table includes heavy-duty steel legs with leveling pads. Locking swivel casters are optional (add $xxx). The top plate alone is very heavy – we recommend fixed positioning for precision work.
Q4: Can I weld aluminum on this table?

A: Yes. The nitrided surface will not contaminate aluminum. However, use a stainless steel wire brush for cleaning, and avoid direct high-amperage AC grounding through thin aluminum parts – use a dedicated ground clamp on the workpiece.

A: The set includes: 4pcs of 300x300 180° screw clamps \4pcs of 300x300 45° screw clamps\12pcs of φ28×50 fast clamping bolts\2pcs of φ58/140° carbon steel V-type clamps\2pcs of 50×φ75×25 eccentric stops. It also features one left and one right 300×275×100 stop and clamping square, plus three types of universal stops (175×50×175, 150×50×25, 100×50×25) with four pieces each. Completing the package are one 200×50×30 oilstone, one φ28 grounder connector, and one maintenance kit with a pump bottle and steel brush.
