D16 Modular Welding Table for European Medium Metal Fabrication Workshop
Project Background
A medium-sized metal fabrication company based in the Czech Republic focuses on custom machinery frames, agricultural equipment parts and small-batch structural metal production. Previously, the workshop used traditional fixed welding benches with poor flatness and no standard positioning holes. Frequent workpiece deviation, repeated fixture calibration and long setup time severely restricted daily production efficiency.
To solve precision inconsistency and flexible production problems, the client contacted us and finally customized our 2400×1200mm D16 modular welding table, complete with full set D16 clamping accessories and mobile casters, and selected surface nitriding treatment.

Our Solution
We provided the high-precision D16 modular welding table with 12mm thick solid steel tabletop, 0.02mm/m flatness and H7-grade precision holes. The table surface was treated with professional nitriding process to reach 550–600HV hardness. Equipped with complete D16 standard positioning pins, clamps, angle brackets and mobile casters, the whole set fully matched the customer's medium-precision and multi-scene production demands.
