In addition, the rotating gears and flip gears should be lubricated, and appropriate lubricating oil should not be excessive.
(3) When the work is over, all records should be filled in for later investigation.
Two: Level 1 maintenance regulations
(1) Check the distribution box. If there is dust, remove it in time and check whether the wiring terminals are firm. If there is any looseness, they should be fastened in time.
(2) Whether the rotation of the rotary shaft and bearing of the worktable is smooth, whether there is abnormal noise, and if the bearing is worn, it should be replaced in time.
(3) Check the lubricating oil to see if the amount of oil is sufficient and the oil quality is good.
