I. Daily Maintenance and Management
1. Daily Inspection (3 minutes/time)
Check the welding gun nozzle for blockage and clean spatter to ensure stable shielding gas flow.
Test the wire feed mechanism resistance. Replace wire feed rolls with excessive wear immediately.
Monitor the cooling system water temperature (30-50°C) and water level to ensure it does not fall below the minimum scale mark.
2. Periodic Maintenance
Quarterly Maintenance: Replace the welding gun contact tip (every 500 meters of wire), clean and lubricate the robot guide rails.
Annual Maintenance: Replace the coolant and inspect the cable insulation for signs of aging to prevent electrical leakage.
II. Accuracy and Procedure Maintenance
1. Accuracy Calibration
Use a laser interferometer to calibrate positioning accuracy every six months. The error must be within 0.05mm.
Inspect the PC pins at the module joints for wear. Replace pins if the deflection exceeds 0.1mm. 2. Program Management
Welding programs should be backed up weekly to local servers and the cloud to prevent data loss.
Welding parameters (such as current and oscillation frequency) should be optimized quarterly to improve weld quality.
III. Troubleshooting and Troubleshooting
1. Quick Response Mechanism
When wire feed is interrupted, prioritize checking the remaining wire and whether the wire feed tube is clogged.
Robot positioning deviations should be reset by restarting. If this does not work, contact a technician for calibration.
2. Environmental Control
Keep the work area clean to avoid oil and water stains that could cause electrical shorts.
Regularly clean the fume extraction system filter and replace it when the pressure differential exceeds 0.2 MPa.
