Common Faults of 3D Welding Worktables

I. Inaccurate Positioning

Main Causes: Sensor calibration failure, localized deformation of the platform surface due to impact, wear of T-slots or positioning holes.

Impact: Workpiece clamping position deviation, leading to welding misalignment or poor repeatability.

Solutions: Regularly use a laser interferometer to check flatness and recalibrate the sensors.

II. Movement Jamming or Slow Operation

Common Symptoms: Noise, high resistance, or even jamming during worktable movement.

Root Cause Analysis: Insufficient hydraulic/pneumatic system pressure, pipe blockage or leakage, poor lubrication, bearing wear.

Solutions: Check if the air supply pressure is stable; Clean or replace blocked pipes; Replenish lubricating oil, and replace bearings or guide rod supports if necessary.

III. Electrical System Faults

Typical Problems: Poor contact in control circuits, voltage fluctuations, aging or short circuits in control board components.

Risks: May lead to system malfunction, shutdown, or program loss. Troubleshooting: Check circuit connections, install voltage stabilizers, and upgrade control software if necessary.

IV. Mechanical Structure Deformation

Causes: Long-term uneven loading, overloading, foundation settlement, or improper support point adjustment.

Consequences: Platform dents, warping, or misalignment between modules, exceeding flatness standards.

Repair Methods: Minor deformation can be relieved by natural aging and hot air treatment; moderate deformation requires scraping or milling repair; severe deformation requires readjustment or even module replacement.

V. Hydraulic/Pneumatic System Abnormalities

Symptoms: Unstable pressure, oil leakage, slow response of actuators.

Key Inspection Points: Check hydraulic oil level, aging of seals, and pump station operating status.

Maintenance Recommendations: Regularly replenish or replace hydraulic oil to ensure good system sealing.

VI. Sensor Signal Distortion or Failure

Causes: Aging due to long-term use, environmental interference (such as electromagnetic interference, high temperature), loose wiring.

Symptoms: Automatic positioning function malfunction, measurement data drift.

Solutions: Recalibrate the sensor; replace with an anti-interference model if necessary.
