What are the differences between it and ordinary platforms?
1. Their hardness is different: After actual measurement, we found that the hardness of the nitrided 3D flexible welding table is different from that of the ordinary table. The hardness of the ordinary platform is only 108HV, while the hardness of the nitrided three-dimensional flexible welding platform can Reach 466HV-650HV.
2. Ordinary platforms are not rust-proof or anti-corrosion, while the three-dimensional flexible welding platform with nitriding process is anti-rust and anti-corrosion.
3. During welding, ordinary welding platforms tend to stick to welding slag, and it is difficult to clean them down after sticking. The three-dimensional flexible welding platform after nitriding does not stick to welding slag easily, and even if it sticks, it is easy to clean.
