Precautions for the use of welding positioner

1. Pay attention to the check of displacement load capacity to avoid various undesirable consequences caused by overload operation. When replacing the workpiece, especially the severely eccentric workpiece, the larger reversal torque should be checked.

2. Pay attention to the change of welding position (especially the welding height) caused by the skew movement of the positioner. When the size of the workpiece is large, it may be difficult for the welder to get used to the welding height of each weld. At this time, it is often coordinated from two aspects: one is to provide a dedicated welder lifting channel; the other is that the positioner table can be raised and lowered or the pit can be used to reduce the relative height of the workpiece.

3. Pay attention to adjusting the reversing speed or skew speed of the worktable to make it meet the requirements of welding speed; when returning (displacement), the speed can be increased appropriately to increase the displacement power.

4. Properly connect conductive equipment, and replace the brushes in time when they are worn out; do not lay the welding cable on the frame at will to prevent the welding current from passing through the bearing and other transmission pairs, thus damaging the transmission function (may cause arcing) and damage Rolling body.

5. Pay attention to the control of the skew angle, and add mechanical limit measures on the body if necessary.
