2. Graphics size error:
In the process of drawing and setting, the pattern size error may occur due to negligence. In this case, the reason can be found by checking the size.
3. Error caused by coedge:
CNC cutting machine manufacturers mentioned that when cutting using coedge, the compensation amount, the actual slit width, and the distance between the workpieces on the coedge must be consistent. If they are inconsistent, the size of the workpiece may become larger or smaller.
4. Nozzle quality and slit correction amount:
The quality of the nozzle affects the surface quality of the workpiece and the flatness of the cut side. The slit compensation needs to be consistent with the actual slit width. The way to reduce such errors is to select nozzles of qualified quality, and the nozzle specifications should also be suitable for the thickness and material of the sheet to be cut. First of all, the slit width is uniform, the cross section is flat, does not stick to sludge, and then the 1-foot rectangle is not compensated, and then the measurement can supplement some slit width.
5. Deformation during cutting:
Deformation mainly includes thermal deformation and gravity-induced deformation. Using a reasonable lead position and cutting direction during programming can reduce deformation. If necessary, a cooling device can be added and a cutting platform with a reasonable structure can be used.
