3. Error caused by coedge:
CNC cutting machine manufacturers mentioned that when cutting using coedge, the compensation amount, the actual slit width, and the distance between the workpieces on the coedge must be consistent. If they are inconsistent, the size of the workpiece may become larger or smaller.
4. Nozzle quality and slit correction amount:
The quality of the nozzle affects the surface quality of the workpiece and the flatness of the cut side. The slit compensation needs to be consistent with the actual slit width. The way to reduce such errors is to select nozzles of qualified quality, and the nozzle specifications should also be suitable for the thickness and material of the sheet to be cut. 5. Deformation during cutting:
