H-Beam Steel Structure Welding Line is economical and high effecient, designed with extensivie industry experience. It can weld two H-beam work pieces one time.Our H beam gantry gate welding machine has two structures: Gantry gate move type & double cantilever move type.
This machine adopts imported AC frequency converter.It has stable function and fast recoil function.The arc guide frame adopts a three-axis mechanical tracking method to ensure that the welding torch is aimed at the correct position.The host computer and the welding machine operate together. It is easy to operate and high quality.
1.The welding cable is installed and slides in the drag chain, which can effectively protect the cable and prolong its service life.
2.The arc guide frame and the welding arm for SAW welding are connected flexibly at 360°, only need to rotate the arc guide frame 180°, and the H-shaped steel can be welded back and forth during single-wire welding.
The control box of the equipment can be slidable.
It does not need to be disassembled when welding different workpieces of H-shaped steel and box-shaped beams. It only needs to be gently pushed to one side by the operator, saving time and effort.

This Submerged arc machine is T-shaped, the middle door frame is supported and moved, and the welding arms are suspended on both sides. The H beam or Box beams are placed at a 45º angle on the auxiliary workpiece supports on both sides for boat-shaped welding positions. Both sides can be welded at the same time. Gantry type H beam welding machine can also be welded separately on either side
Columns, upper platforms, etc. are made of national standard profiles to avoid excessive plate splicing and welding seams that will cause stress and deformation, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment and long service life.
