Roller conveyor blast machine is used to remove oxide scale and rust on metal profiles and sheet metal parts. By combining the roller conveyor with the appropriate cross conveyor, the various process steps such as sandblasting, protection, sawing and drilling can be linked to each other. This ensures a flexible manufacturing process and high material output.

2. The projecting principle diagram and the complete set of drawings of the shot blasting machine are completely drawn by computer-aided design (CAD).
3. The Q034II direct-connected centrifugal shot blasting machine with large shot blasting volume, high power and high ejection speed is adopted. The arrangement of the blasting device is simulated by the computer three-dimensional dynamics, and the direct shot of the projectile can be obtained by processing all the cross sections of the workpiece.
4. The chromium alloy cast iron used in the cleaning room is protected, fixed by a special nut, connected by a spigot, and installed in a building block structure, which is simple and convenient to replace and has a long service life.
5. The separator adopts full curtain separator, which has good separation effect. The separation efficiency of pellets, slag, and dust reaches 99%.The spiral conveying adopts advanced three-stage sealing protection method, and the sealing effect is good.
6. Adopting a dust removal system composed of a filter cartridge dust collector, indoor 15Mg/m3, outdoor emission 65Mg/m3, and the environmental protection index is higher than the GB16297-1996 national emission standard.
