Automatic H beam welding machineMain composed of Gantry frame, two sets of MZ-1000 submerged arc welding power supply, two sets of horizontal electric mobile slider, two sets of electric hanging head, two sets of automatic tracking mechanism, two sets of flux recovery machine and control system etc. With high efficiency, good welding quality is the ideal equipment for H type and "I" beam welding.
Working Principle
1) Two H-beams are placed on the workpiece rack measured in the guide rail at a 45-degree boat weld position.
2) The gantry is driven on the guide rail at a regulated welding speed.
3) welding two welds simultaneously using two submerged arc weldings.
4) Automatically track the weld by using the arc guide.
5) Automatic flux recovery system using flux.

Welding Process
1. Two H-beams are placed on the workpiece holder on the inside of the guide rail at a 45° boat weld position.
2. The gantry is walking on the guide rail at a regulated welding speed
3. Using two submerged arc welding machines to weld two welds at the same time
4. Automatically track the weld by using the arc guide, the automatic flux recovery system
