Hydraulic Fit up Welding rotator

Hydraulic Fit up Welding rotator is mainly composed of two sets of unpowered adjustable roller racks. The center distance of the roller is adjusted by the automatic movement of the hydraulic cylinder.

The hydraulic cylinder on the roller rotator drives the roller base to move in position to adjust the center height and left/right positions of the cylinder to align the two cylinders. After alignment, perform spot welding on the joints of the two cylinder sections.

When assembling welding workpieces, the center angle of the offshore vessel should be between 45° and 110°. When exceeding this range, it can be achieved by adjusting the center distance of the roller seat. The center distance of the roller seat is adjusted in steps through the screw holes.

● Two sets of roller brackets are installed on the same base to ensure the stability of use.

● The base of the roller frame is welded with steel plate and has been annealed to ensure high strength, ensuring that it will not be deformed after long-term use.

● The roller adopts imported rubber wheels with metal clamps on both sides. The rubber wheel improves the stability and driving ability of the transmission; the metal clamp can effectively protect the rubber wheel and increase the service life of the rubber wheel. The rubber wheel adopts imported rubber wheel with high strength and durability.

● The center distance of the rollers is adjusted automatically by the hydraulic cylinder. Two hydraulic cylinders are installed on the base of each group of unpowered adjustable roller racks, and each hydraulic cylinder corresponds to a roller seat. The four hydraulic cylinders can be operated jointly or individually to suit the purpose of different workpiece diameters.

● The matched roller frame is mainly used to adjust the height of the workpiece and correct the side bend. It has hydraulic matching functions such as up and down, left and right, prying up, and prying down.
