Introduction

The double cantilever welding machine is an ideal equipment for automatic submerged arc welding of assembled large H-shaped steel. The workpiece is placed on the workpiece carrier bracket, inclined at 45° to make the weld be a ship-shaped welding position, and equipped with a submerged arc welding machine. The welding arm of the head can be horizontally and vertically moved on the beam on both sides of the gantry, so that the welding tip on the machine head is aligned with the welding seam, and the front end of the welding arm is provided with a mechanical automatic tracking device for the welding seam, and then the T-shaped gantry is Straight walking on the rail for automatic welding. This machine is equipped with automatic flux laying, recycling and processing equipment.

Advantage

The electric control system consists of an electric control box and two operation boxes. The electric control box is mounted on a walking beam. The two operation boxes are installed in the front part of the upper platform and placed separately for easy operation.

Submerged arc welding power supply optional: domestic famous brand inverter MZ-1250 submerged arc welding power supply 2 sets, or US Lincoln DC-1000 submerged arc welding power supply 2 sets.

A weld tracking device is installed under the welding arm to automatically track the weld to maintain a proper distance between the welding torch and the weld. It has an automatic compensation effect when the deformation and placement of the steel are not neat.
