H-beam Steel Automatic Assembling Machine is suitable for the assembly and spot welding of different types of H-beam steels such as symmetrical, asymmetrical, eccentric, and variable cross-section. The two-way automatic centering device can automatically complete the centering and fixing of the steel plate without manual adjustment. It also adopts three sets of wings and an automatic hydraulic clamping structure of the web to solve the problem of high swing when feeding the web.
Feature
The hydraulic cylinder drives the synchronous clamping and centering device on both sides to realize automatic centering, and the assembly of different specifications of workpieces does not require any adjustment. The whole assembly process is controlled by PLC for spot welding and fast forward speed, weld length and interval length, which is easy to operate and high in assembly efficiency.
Configuration of H-beam assembly:
1. Clamping centering, positioning, automatic welding and other actions are controlled by counters, time relays and AC inverters
2. The hydraulic system control valve adopts advanced stacked valve control
3. The two-way automatic centering device is adopted to automatically complete the centering and positioning of the steel plate
4. The main machine adopts 2 sets of automatic hydraulic clamping structure for flanges and webs
5. Use different speeds for welding and empty strokes to improve work efficiency
6. The main transmission part adopts the transmission mode of motor + cycloidal pinwheel reducer + active roller
7. The upper pressure beam is guided by four sets of left and right guide rails to ensure stability during compression
8. Positioning and clamping adopts hydraulic screw rod
