1. Generally use plasma or flame cutting
2. Gantry type welding machine is used for welding H-shaped steel.
The H-shaped steel is placed in an "I" shape, and the corner seams on both sides are welded at the same time, which greatly improves the welding efficiency. The web is basically not deformed after welding.
3. Orthopedic mechanism H-shaped steel flange straightening machine has two structures: mechanical and hydraulic straightening machine.
The angular deformation of the H-shaped steel wing plate in the hot state after butt welding is directly corrected by the eccentric pressing roller, which reduces the correction force and improves the correction accuracy.
4. In the assembly method, the assembly-manual/automatic welding integrated method is adopted, which reduces the process and improves the production efficiency.
5. The centering method of the web and flange plate adopts two front and rear centering methods to improve the positioning accuracy.
6. The wire feeder is softly connected to the welding torch, and the welding angle of the welding torch is adjustable.
7. Adopt double power source (DC+AC) double wire, double arc, double wire welding technology.
8. It adopts imported PLC control, reliable work and convenient programming.
9. Continuously complete all the processes of assembly, welding, straightening, hoisting and unloading of H-shaped steel in the production process at the same station.
