Cantilever Electroslag Welding Machine
In order to make the inner partition of the box girder and the surrounding of the box more tightly welded, when assembling the partition, two or four holes required for electroslag welding are reserved on the partition and the surroundings.
The box-shaped beam workpiece is transported to the cantilever vertical electroslag welding frame through the roller table, and the water-cooled fuse tube is adjusted by the micro-adjustment mechanism hung on the cantilever frame to vertically align the welding part of the workpiece for vertical electroslag welding.
There is a horizontal swing device that can be set to swing with the size of the molten pool, and vertical electroslag welding is performed on the reserved hole of the workpiece, and the cantilever frame can move freely in the length direction of the workpiece.
