Abnormalities found in the welding operator and treatment

1. In the welding process, if the welding machine makes abnormal noise, the insulation resistance of the transformer is too small, and the wire breaks or leaks electricity, the machine should be stopped immediately for maintenance;
2. Frequently check the contact between the contact tip (where the welding wire passes through the conductor) and the welding wire. If there is too much wear and bad contact, replace it;
3. Carefully and timely maintain the machinery, keep the machinery in good condition, and do not work with defects. If any abnormality is found during operation, stop the machine immediately and cut off the power for inspection, and use it after troubleshooting;
4. Keep records of the whole process of equipment operation. Regularly check and replace the lubricating grease in the reducer box of the welding car and wire feeding mechanism, and regularly check the welding wire conveying roller and feed wheel. If there is wear, replace them as wearing parts;
5. Check the control circuit and all electrical components on time. If there is damage or the relay contact is singed, it must be cleaned or replaced. Every six months to one year of use, it is necessary to clean the carbon dust in the end cover of the wire feeder motor once, so as to avoid excessive dust accumulation and damage to the insulation.
