Cleaning method
1. Regular cleaning: Clean the welding rotary table regularly to remove impurities such as welding slag and oil stains. When cleaning, special cleaners and brushes should be used, and avoid using cleaners with acid or corrosive properties.
2. Clean the welding area: Use cleaners and brushes to clean the welding area to remove excess flux and welding slag.
3. Clean the soldering tip: Before using the soldering iron each time, the soldering tip should be cleaned with a cleaning sponge to remove oxides and impurities on the surface. Then, add a layer of new solder to the soldering tip to protect the soldering tip and improve its thermal conductivity.
Maintenance tips
1. Regular inspection: It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the welding rotary table once a week, including whether the power cord, plug, switch and other components are intact, and whether there are obvious scratches or damage on the surface of the soldering table. Once a problem is found, it should be handled in time.
2. Lubrication maintenance: Lubricate the moving parts, add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease, reduce friction between parts, and extend their service life.
3. Check the electrical connection: Check whether the electrical connection is firm and make sure there is no looseness or poor contact to avoid the equipment from not working properly due to electrical failure.
4. Check the coolant: Make sure the machine coolant is a water-soluble, synthetic oil-based coolant/lubricant. Never use mineral cutting oil, purified water or flammable liquid as coolant.
5. Check the cables and gaskets: Check whether the cables and gaskets are cut or swollen, and repair the damaged components immediately.
6. Moisture and sun protection: The soldering station should be stored in a dry, ventilated place, away from moisture and direct sunlight to extend its service life.
7. Proper storage: When the soldering station is not in use, it should be stored in a dry, ventilated and dust-free place to avoid moisture and dust from damaging the soldering station.
