2. Hole Spacing and Dimensional Tolerance Verification: Check the hole spacing deviation (standard ±0.03mm) and hole diameter tolerance (e.g., Φ28D10+0.065/+0.149mm) of positioning holes and T-slots. Excessive hole spacing deviation or hole diameter wear will affect the fixture positioning accuracy, requiring module replacement or hole system repair. In automotive battery tray welding, the hole spacing error must be controlled within ±0.06mm. 3. Support Structure Stability Assessment

Rust Prevention Treatment: In humid environments, apply rust-preventive oil (e.g., grease) regularly. When not in use for extended periods, cover with moisture-proof paper to prevent rust. If rust spots or coating peeling are found, remove the rust immediately and reapply protective coating.

5. Maintenance Trigger Thresholds
