1. Regular cleaning
External cleaning: Use a soft brush and detergent to clean the surface of the welding positioner to remove impurities such as welding slag and dust.
Internal cleaning: Regularly clean the dust and impurities inside the equipment, especially the control box and electrical components, to avoid dust accumulation affecting the operation of the equipment.
2. Lubrication and maintenance
Moving parts lubrication: Regularly lubricate the rotating gears, flip gears, guide rails, screws and other moving parts, and apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease.
Reduction box maintenance: Check the oil level of the reduction box every month, add oil in time when the oil level is lower than the indicator line, and replace the lubricating oil in the reduction box once a year.
Slewing bearing lubrication: Add grease to the slewing bearing once every six months.
3. Regular inspection
Mechanical parts inspection: Check the wear of key components such as gears, ball screws, guide rails, etc., and replace severely worn parts in time.
Electrical system inspection: Check electrical components such as motors, circuit boards, wiring terminals, plugs, etc. to ensure good contact and no aging or cracking of cables.
Gas system inspection: Ensure that the gas system is unobstructed, there is no air leakage, and the cylinder works normally.
Limit switch inspection: Regularly check the flexibility and reliability of the travel switch to ensure that the mechanical protection device is not loose or damaged.
4. Workpiece clamping and operation
Workpiece clamping: Ensure that the workpiece is clamped firmly, nuts, bolts, and top screws are tightened, and the pressure plate is pressed firmly to prevent the workpiece from loosening during welding.
Operation specifications: Avoid large swings when hoisting the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from damaging the fixture or positioner.
5. Safety and records
Safety protection: Ensure that safety protection devices such as safety doors, protective covers, and emergency stop buttons work properly.
Maintenance records: After each maintenance, make detailed records for subsequent traceability and management.
