2. The perforation time is too long. Setting the perforation time too long is also one of the reasons for the arc breakage. It is sufficient to adjust the perforation delay accordingly. In fact, in many cases, it is not necessary to set the perforation delay.
3. The height of the cutting nozzle from the steel plate is too large; a major factor for the arc starting of the CNC plasma cutting machine is the height of the cutting nozzle from the plate. In a few cases, the arc may have started, but it is actually reluctant, so it may cause re-cutting A sudden arc break occurs during the process;
4. The arc voltage height controller fails. The function of the arc pressure height adjuster is to adjust the height of the plate and the cutting nozzle to maintain a stable equilibrium value; the cutting machine has little problem when cutting flat plates, but there is a problem with the arc pressure of uneven plates. It's easy to go wrong. At this time, you need to check it first, and use the multimeter DC500V to measure the arc voltage line (usually DC60-200V).
