CNC Pipe Profile Cutting Machine is mainly composed of bed, power head, axial cutting tool system, cutter head rotary mechanism, radial cutting tool system, tool rest mechanism and hydraulic left and right center clamping device, CNC control system.
The spindle box is moved axially to realize the rotation of the cutter head spindle and the radial feed movement of the tool holder.
The box is connected with the bed through heavy precision guide rail and precision ball screw, and is driven by servo motor to achieve the axial feed of the cutter head. The main rotary motor is driven by a variable frequency motor that provides different cutting speeds. The feed of the radial tool holder is realized by a set of precision turbine drive mechanism driven by a servo motor.
