What are the key considerations for setting parameters in a 3D welding table?

1. Temperature Control
Preheating and Welding Temperature: Preheating temperature, welding temperature, and time must be set according to the material type (e.g., metal/plastic) to ensure thermal stress balance. For example, for metal printing, laser power and scanning speed need to be adjusted; for plastic welding, melting temperature needs to be controlled.

Temperature Uniformity: Temperature uniformity within the effective welding area should be ≤±2% to avoid poor welding due to excessive temperature differences.

2. Speed and Cooling Settings
Welding Speed: Must match the material thickness. Low speed (e.g., 0.2-1.5 seconds) is recommended for thin-walled parts; a higher speed can be appropriately increased for thick-walled parts.

Cooling Rate: The cooling rate under no-load conditions should be ≤200℃/min to avoid poor sintering of the device due to excessively rapid cooling.

3. Other Key Parameters
Tracking Accuracy: A deviation threshold (e.g., ±0.05mm) needs to be set. When the weld deviation exceeds the threshold, the system automatically adjusts the welding torch position.

Sensor parameters, such as laser power and exposure time, need to be adjusted according to the welding environment and workpiece surface characteristics.

4. Calibration and Maintenance

Regular Calibration: Use tools such as a level and feeler gauge to check perpendicularity and concentricity, ensuring the error is ≤0.1mm.

Maintenance: Clean the welding table daily, calibrate the printing platform weekly, and check and lubricate the mechanical structure monthly.
