3. Instant power off during the process
If the machine tool is powered off momentarily during processing or data communication, it is easy to lose parameters, just like the Fanuc system presses the RESET and reset keys at the same time to trigger an alarm, then POWER will completely delete the system parameters and return the saved parameters to the system
4. Memory card or motherboard failure
All system settings are kept on the memory card. When a new memory card fails and when a new memory card is replaced, it is particularly important to restore the settings. In addition, the failure of the motherboard may cause the loss of parameters, such as the mazakt ~ plus system, because the battery that retains the settings is provided by the motherboard. If the motherboard fails, the parameters will be lost.
