In the gas shielded welding of the inner ring seam, various process parameters are tested, and the adaptive values of the parameters are studied and determined to match each other, especially the control of the position of the welding torch. Through the TV monitoring system and the 0, 1, and 2-axis slides in the three-dimensional electric cross board, the position of the welding torch can be adjusted at any time according to the welding situation, so as to ensure the stability of the welding process.
Test to determine the mixing ratio of shielding gas. In addition to isolating the air and protecting the high-temperature welding area from air damage, the shielding gas also affects or even determines the morphological characteristics, process characteristics and metallurgical characteristics of the arc to a certain extent. According to the workpiece steel type, plate thickness, weld space position, weld joint quality requirements, welding productivity and reasonable shielding gas mixing ratio, it can ensure that the weld is well formed and prevent spatter. We determine a reasonable range according to the different functions of carbon dioxide and argon in the welding process, and verify through experiments that when the ratio is the best, the quality is excellent.
