1.This cast iron fixture welding table undergoes quality control from blank welding, heat treatment, rough machining, and semi-precision machining, and is completed on a CNC gantry milling machine. It ensures the hole position accuracy of the platform and the verticality and flatness requirements of the five surfaces.
2.3D welding tables have high repeat positioning accuracy: different products can be accurately positioned modularly on one basic part, and work accuracy and efficiency can still be guaranteed when replacing different workpieces for welding.
3.3D Fixture Octagonal Table has seven working surfaces, divided into three series: D16/D22/D28 according to series;
► The holes of the D16 series are Φ16, the hole spacing is 50mm±0.05 array, and the surface is distributed with 50x50mm grid lines;
► The holes of the D22 series are Φ22, the hole spacing is 75mm±0.05 array, and the surface is distributed with 75x75mm grid lines;
► The holes of the D28 series are Φ28, the hole spacing is 100mm±0.05 array, and the surface is distributed with 100x100mm grid lines.
