Multifunction 3D Welding Table
Simply put, it is a system composed of a high-precision cast iron platform and a set of standardized accessories. Surface of platform is covered with standard holes arranged neatly at fixed intervals (usually 100mm or 50mm) (usually holes with a diameter of 28mm, matched with threaded holes of 16mm or 18mm). These hole systems form a three-dimensional, modular clamping and positioning system.

Table Bed
Material: Typically made of high-strength gray cast iron (HT250-300) or ductile iron. This material offers excellent rigidity, stability, and vibration resistance, effectively reducing welding stress and thermal deformation.
Precision: The work surface boasts extremely high flatness (typically within 0.02mm/m²), and the hole system boasts extremely tight positioning tolerances (within ±0.05mm), providing the foundation for precise positioning.
Hole System: The surface is covered with standard holes. A 28mm hole is typically located in the center for various locating pins and clamps. M16 or M18 threaded holes are located around the perimeter or in specific locations for directly screwing in threaded accessories.
Modular Fixturing Kit
This is the heart and soul of the entire system. The accessories are diverse, with common ones including:
Location Parts: Locating pins, locating blocks, and V-blocks of various specifications are used to determine the position of the workpiece.
Supports: Support blocks of various heights, support angles, and extensions are used to support the workpiece from below.
Clamps: Manual toggle clamps, clamp arms, screw clamps, toggle clamps, etc. are used to securely hold the workpiece from all sides.
Connectors: Bolts, nuts, and washers of various sizes are used to securely connect all components to the platform's hole system.
Special Tools: Right-angle tools, gauges, and special wrenches are used to assist in quick and precise fixture setup.
