Introduction

3D Fabrication Table is a workbench or equipment system specially used for welding process, usually equipped with fixed tooling, positioning fixture, automatic welding equipment (such as mechanical arm, welding gun) and safety protection facilities, aiming to efficiently and accurately complete the connection and processing of metal or plastic parts. Its core goal is to improve the welding quality, automation level and safety.

Core functions and features
High accuracy positioning
Through mechanical fixture, magnetic suction device or CNC positioning system to ensure the alignment accuracy of welded joints (± 0.1mm level) to reduce deformation and error.
Automated welding integration
Support TIG welding, MIG / MAG welding, laser welding, resistance welding and other processes, can be combined with the welding robot to achieve fully automatic operation.
Temperature and process control
Equipped with real-time temperature monitoring and weld tracking system (such as visual sensor) to automatically adjust the current, voltage and wire delivery speed to ensure welding stability.
Safe guarding
Integrated dust purification system, splash protection cover, emergency stop button, etc., to ensure the safety of operators.
Modular extension
According to the requirements, the shimachine (rotating / inclined workpiece) and multi-axis linkage system can be installed to adapt to complex structure welding (such as pipe and curved surface).
