45° Adjustable Screw Clamp For Welding Table

Unlike ordinary straight screw clamps, this model features a 45° fixed-angle head combined with a hook-shaped jaw, allowing you to securely clamp round pipes, beveled edges, and pre-drilled holes at the ideal welding angle. The rubber handle provides heat insulation and non-slip grip, making it safe for continuous welding operations.

Why is a 45° angle plus a hook head needed?

1. Inability to fix miter welds
Ordinary clamps can only clamp vertically. Workpieces slip when encountering 45° corner joints or Y-shaped welds.
✅ This clamp is preset to 45°, enabling direct positioning without the need for angle iron shims.

2. Rolling of round pipes on inclined surfaces
Ordinary flat pressure feet cannot hold round pipes securely, and they are even more prone to slipping at inclined angles.
✅ The hook head wraps around the pipe wall, forming three-point contact to prevent rolling.

3. Angle deviation after welding
Thermal stress during spot welding can cause workpieces to shift.
