Product Overview

Traveling Self Adjust Welding Rotator in 10 Ton and 20 Ton capacity is customized mobile welding equipment developed by Wuxi Lemar Machinery.

Equipped with rail traveling base and automatic self-centering mechanism, the rotator can freely shift between multi-station production lines and automatically adapt round, oval, eccentric and special-shaped symmetrical vessels without manual span adjustment.

Dual synchronous drive and VFD stepless speed control guarantee stable rotation, effectively solving the unstable welding problem of irregular special tanks, widely applied in circumferential welding of pressure vessels, boiler barrels and chemical storage tanks.
