How to use a Lead Screw Adjustable Welding Rotator
1. Adjust the roller spacing
According to the diameter of the workpiece, adjust the roller center distance through the reserved screw hole or screw to adapt to the change in the diameter of the workpiece.
2. Drive mode
Lead Screw Adjustable Welding Rotator is usually driven by a dual motor, driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a worm gear reducer.
3. Stepless speed regulation
Use AC frequency conversion technology to achieve stepless speed regulation, select imported frequency converter, large low-speed torque, excellent performance, wide speed regulation range, and multiple protection functions for overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload.
4. Roller material form
According to user needs, the lead screw adjustable welding rotator roller can be divided into three different forms: rubber wheel, steel wheel, and steel-rubber combination wheel, and can also be linked with other equipment for control.
5. Safe operation During use
Roller Rotator should fully contact the workpiece. It is strictly forbidden to contact the roller with welds or sharp parts to avoid damaging the roller. When hoisting and placing workpieces, it is strictly forbidden to hit the roller vigorously to prevent damage to the roller or other parts.

1. Working environment
Lead screw adjustable welding rotator should be installed in a sturdy, ventilated, rainproof, moisture-proof, dustproof place, and away from places with severe vibration and bumps. It is strictly forbidden to spray corrosive liquids on the equipment.
2. Workpiece placement
When placing the workpiece, it should be strictly in accordance with the design regulations, otherwise safety accidents are likely to occur. According to the length of the equipment, adjust the distance between the main and auxiliary wheels appropriately. The rubber wheel is only suitable for working at room temperature, otherwise there is a possibility of damage to the rubber wheel.
3. Debugging and maintenance
Check and remove obstacles on this equipment before use, and it must be used and kept by a dedicated person. Before use, each transmission component should be filled with sufficient lubricating oil, and the equipment should fill in the daily inspection and maintenance record form. The whole machine should be inspected regularly after a period of use.
