Self-Adjustable Turning-Roll For Welding
Introduction:
1, ZTG type self-adjust welding roller rotator mainly consists of active roller frame, passive roller frame, electric control system and etc.
2, The active and passive roller frame both have 2 sets of rollers on their base, and the rollers can turn for a certain degree angle. These rollers can turn round their arbor so that they can self-adjust according to the size of the work piece, therefore can ensure the continuous and stable working when the work piece rotates.
3, A set of drive device is fixed on the active roller frame. It includes drive motor, reducer, coupling, coupling shaft and etc.
4, The drive motor uses domestic AC motor to drive. With the first stage worm gear and worm reducer driven and the 2 sets' rollers' arbor concentric worm gear and worm reducer, 2 sets gear transmission devices drive rollers to rotate, the machine can balance the friction of the 2 sides when the work piece rotates, and in this way to smooth and increase drive ability, in the same time ensure machining quality.
5, The reducer lubrication is oil sinking seal off type, and can avoid welding waste, dust, foreign matters and etc. To invade, thus to maintain long working life.
