Introduction
Welding roller rotator is an essential equipment in cylindrical work welding and production. It has the function of improving production efficiency, improving welding quality and reducing worker labor intensity.
1. Heavy duty welding assembly rotators rely on the free swing of the roller pair to automatically adjust the center distance of the rollers within the specified range. They are suitable for welding parts of different diameters, and the round simplified welding parts are placed stably;
2. It uses thyristor power supply, DC motor drive, stepless speed regulation, wide welding speed range and stable speed;
3. Rotator wheels use a combination of steel wheels and rubber wheels, which has strong applicability and is widely used;
4. Each set of Self-aligning adjustable turning rotator has 8 rollers, which has small wheel pressure on the workpiece and can avoid cold work hardening on the work surface.
