Welding Turntable Rotator can be divided into two types: self-adjusting and adjustable. The adjustable roller rotator can be adjusted by screw or bolt, adopts AC frequency conversion control, linear speed digital display, advanced and reliable. 1. In order to ensure the performance of Self Aligning Welding Rotators, all transmission components should be regularly inspected for lubrication. The cycloidal pinwheel reducer must be inspected monthly and replenished with lubricating oil.
2. The working principle of the roller frame is to use friction to do work. All transmission parts are strictly prohibited to be used without lubrication.
3. Before restarting the Turning Roller that has been stored for a long time, the grease must be replaced to avoid damaging the machine.
4. During use, the roller contacts the pipe or vessel or tank, It is strictly forbidden for the weld seam or sharp parts to contact the roller to avoid damage to the roller.
5. When hoisting and placing workpieces, it is strictly forbidden to hit the rollers hard to prevent damage to the rollers or other parts. When the equipment is not fixed, strong impacts may cause the equipment to overturn.
6. When the rotating rotator is used for a small-diameter cylinder, if the cylinder moves axially, the adjusting bolts under the arc plate can be adjusted to adjust the lifting position of the roller (within a certain range) to ensure the stability of the cylinder. The working position is in suitable condition.
