3T Welding Rotator
3T Welding Rotator is usually able to accommodate work-pieces weighing less than 3,000 kg and with a diameter range of 20 mm to 1,800 mm. The rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 80 to 1,600 mm/min as required.
It is mainly used for the assembly and welding of cylindrical weldments. By properly adjusting the height of the drive roller and the idler roller, it can also be used for the assembly and welding of vertebral bodies and segmented unequal diameter rotating bodies. It can also be used in conjunction with manual welding or as a device for testing and assembling cylindrical workpieces.

3T welding turning rotators are commonly used auxiliary equipment in the welding process. Daily inspection is essential to ensure its continuous and stable operation.
1. External environment inspection:
1) Make sure there is no interference from debris.
2) Confirm that the equipment can run idly when powered on, without abnormal noise, vibration or odor.
2. Mechanical connection inspection:
1) Check whether the bolts at all rotataor roller connections are loose
2) Check the guide rails, rollers and other components to ensure that there is no debris on the guide rails, the hydraulic system operates normally, and the rollers rotate freely.
3. Equipment installation and protection:
1) For self-adjusting welding roller rotators, they should be installed in a sturdy, ventilated, rainproof and moisture-proof place, away from severe vibration and bumps.
2) When the drive and idler rollers are installed at the same time, ensure that their horizontal heights are consistent and the center lines are on the same straight line.
4. If any abnormal phenomenon occurs during use, the equipment should be stopped immediately for inspection.
5. Overloading is strictly prohibited to ensure that the equipment will not operate with illness.
6. After using the welding rotator, you should clean up the debris on the machine body and clean the site.
