Vessel Welding Rotators
Introduction
Vessel Rotators are known by many names such as tank turning rolls, vessel welding Rotators, tank welding rotators, tank rollers and many more.
Vessel welding rotators are arranged along two parallel axes. One row connected to the driving device is the driving roller, and the other row is the driven roller. This design allows the roller frame to be customized according to the user's workpiece conditions. It can rotate large cylindrical objects around the horizontal axis at a constant and stable speed in front of the welding head while fixing the container or tank in place. It is very suitable for round Assembly and welding of cylindrical weldments. The weldment is installed on the roller frame, and the friction between the roller and the weldment drives the welding rotation, which greatly improves the quality and efficiency of assembly welding.
